Four ways to work with us. Every price includes our own supplies and a two-person team.

  • Standard clean

    from $145

    Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and beds made. Weekly, every two weeks or monthly.

  • Deep clean

    from $295

    A standard clean plus baseboards, inside the oven and fridge, cabinet fronts and window sills. A good first visit.

  • Move-in or move-out

    from $345

    An empty home cleaned top to bottom, inside every cabinet, closet and drawer.

  • Home organizing

    $65 an hour

    Closets, pantries, kitchens and garages, sorted with you and set up to stay that way. Three-hour minimum.

Prices are for a two-bedroom, one-bath home. Larger homes get a price after a short call. No contracts: pause or cancel any time.

Your team works from this list and leaves a signed copy on the counter. If something on it was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we come back.

How booking works

Most homes are on the calendar within a week of the first message.

  1. Get a price

    Tell us the size of your home and how often you'd like us. We reply with a price the same day.

  2. Pick a time

    Choose a weekday morning or afternoon. Regular clients keep the same slot every visit.

  3. We clean

    Your two-person team arrives with supplies and the checklist. You don't need to be home.

  4. Check the list

    Look over the signed checklist. If anything was missed, we come back within 48 hours.

Small team, steady hands

Ingrid Solberg started Lumen in 2015 with one car and a box of linen cloths. There are fourteen of us now, paid well above the local average, and every new cleaner spends two weeks working alongside someone senior before visiting a home on their own.

We bring our own supplies: fragrance-free, plant-based soaps, washable cloths and good brushes. Ask for anything you'd rather we use and we will.
