Who cooks, who pours

Maren Halloway cooked in Lyon and Seattle for fourteen years before opening Little Fig in a former hardware store on Larch Street in 2014. She writes the menu each morning, after the farms call.

Theo Ferrand runs the room and the wine list: forty bottles, twelve by the glass. The fig tree by the back door was here before the bistro. Its fruit goes into the tart every September.
