Directions for use
- Before
- Come with a bare face if you can. Skip retinol and acids for 3 days before a peel, and tell us about any new medication.
- After
- SPF 30 every morning for a week. Leave makeup off until tomorrow if you can.
- Keep away from
- Saunas, hot yoga and swimming pools for 24 hours.
Your first visit
Seventy-five minutes, start to finish. Nobody sells you a cabinet of products on the way out.
Skin consult
Fifteen minutes under the lamp. Bring what you use now, or photos of the bottles.
Treatment
One room, one client, phones away. Quiet, unless you’d like to talk.

A written card with three products at most, and when to come back.

Maren Holloway has been a licensed esthetician since 2009. She opened Saltwater in 2017 after years of watching clients buy products they didn’t need for skin that mostly wanted rest. Wind and salt air are hard on skin here, so most of the menu is about repair and calm, not quick fixes.
